- fix most/all php Notices created by the module - fix existing feature of not showing entire 24 calendar but only a window as defined by the open hours (with a selectable buffer) - fix initial state of Display Hours admin page - fix major issue with any edit of a series reservation resulting in all items in that series being cancelled
