fix: #3628151 Search result titles are h2 so the heading outline does not skip a level

Issue: https://www.drupal.org/project/rightup/issues/3628151

Sets the heading level input to 2 (it was 3) in the heading component of canvas.content_template.node.news.search_result and canvas.content_template.node.podcast_episode.search_result. The page title of the search results page is an h1, so the result titles skipped the h2 level. The filter headings below the results (Category, Content Type, Date Published) are already h2. The heading component sets its own text size through text_size, so the look is unchanged; this was not compared pixel by pixel.

Found with Editoria11y ("headingLevelSkipped") on /search?keywords=design as an administrator, on a fresh Rightup 1.0 build. The panel was not re-read after the change; the change was not applied to a running site before this MR was opened.

GitLab CI: the merge request pipeline finished green, including the optional manual jobs.
