Back to DEV after the 1.0.0-beta1 release.

  • composer.json version back to 1.0.x-dev.
  • The 16 varbase_* / vartheme_bs5_rightup cross-deps back to 1.0.x-dev. Each was checked to have a 1.0.x branch first.
  • drupal/core, the drupal_cms_* recipes, entityqueue, easy_email_express and recipe_installer_kit are left alone.
  • The README badge stays at 1.0.0-beta1, since that is the current release.

The 1.0.0-beta1 tag keeps its released pins. Only the branch returns to dev.
