feat: #3625202 Ship the article and podcast page templates and the subscribe form to the design

Packages two content templates that existed only on a dev site, and overrides the newsletter form.

canvas.content_template.node.news.full — article banner (9656:3722): stretched column, title/summary/date at the top, hairline / author left · Share right / hairline pinned to the bottom level with the image; italic caption from the media title; purple section rules; centred subscribe row with the 30px heading.

canvas.content_template.node.podcast.full — podcast banner (13100:7302): same stretch with the player pinned to the bottom; date · duration left, Share right; 24px section headings; 75-25 columns.

webform.webform.newsletter_subscribe — simpleConfigUpdate on elements: square 1px black input joined to a black 16px button, placeholder "Email Address" (13142:10908). Varbase Webform Base ships it as a pill.

Depends on vartheme_bs5_rightup 1.0.x with #3625188 merged (Divider none, Text italic, Group h-100) and #3625201 for the black button.

Not in scope, no data to bind: image captions (media title is empty on all demo images), podcast platform buttons (no link fields), More Episodes / more Podcasts (no podcast view exists).
