fix: #3624787 Index on cron so a fresh install renders nothing

Closes #3624787.

The content index was set to index on save, so every node the recipe imports during the install was rendered in the search_index view mode while the active theme was still the one the request started with. Indexing now happens on cron, so nothing renders during the install.

Measured on a fresh Drupal CMS install with the RightUp template picked:

Verified on Varbase 11 as well: 24 errors, every page 200 with no cache rebuild, search index 57/57.

Not fixed here, and not RightUp's to fix: on Drupal CMS the welcome dashboard still returns 500 until a cache rebuild, because menu_position_rule is missing from a stale entity-type cache after the modules install in the same request. Varbase 11 does not show it.
