Created feature for skip bundle rule

Wesley Wanderley requested to merge issue/redirect_page_by_role-3275895:3.x into 3.x

It was created a checkbox (SKIP BUNDLE RULE) on config form on CONTENT TYPES DEFAULT SETTINGS form. If checked the respective role will skip the redirect. It will be use to disable the redirection for the respective role.
