Create annotations on static and OpenSeadragon images

Fixed all issues for adding annotations to images in an OpenSeadragon viewer. Added and implemented plugin for adding annotations to static (not in an OpenSeadragon viewer) images Added the necessary accessibility labels to fields in the image annotation editors.
