Resolve #3310877 "Install boxes"

Displaying numbers on the cards isn't very meaningful, especially to new users. Propose displaying 0 to 4 boxes, indicating the usage as follows:

• 4 boxes - 100,000 or more installs.
• 3 boxes - 10,000 or more installs.
• 2 boxes - 1,000 or more installs.
• 1 box - 100 or more installs.
• no boxes - fewer than 100 installs. Hovering over the indicator will still show the actual number of installs.
