Issue #3595033: Link the module name on the Tugboat demo landing page

Links the module name in the Tugboat demo landing page lead to https://www.drupal.org/project/pdv so visitors can reach the project page from the preview. One-line change in .tugboat/setup.php; the body format (basic_html) permits the anchor.
