Issue #3593454 by mably: Make the cross-site API reference readable (full-width inline + standalone full-page)

  • Give docs/api.md room: hide the left navigation and right TOC and drop the content max-width for pages containing a Redoc element (docs/assets/extra.css), so the inline reference renders full-width instead of crushed in the narrow article column.
  • Add a standalone, chrome-free full-page reference at docs/api-reference.html, linked from the API page with a small full-page-reference link.
  • Enable the attr_list markdown extension (link attributes) and exclude the documentation tooling files (api-reference.html, assets/extra.css) from cspell.
