KIT-22: List and edit preview sites on Front-end Sites Admin Screen

On the The path admin/config/services/pantheon-fes below introductory text is a table listing all existing preview sites.

For each row a dropdown button exists with an ‘edit’ action that allows the user to edit the related preview site.

Between the introductory text and the table is an ‘add preview site’ button.
