Remove ‘Add Content Publisher' Button and fix entity labels

  • Removed 'Add pantheon content publisher’ button (Pantheon Content Publisher entities are auto-created while we connect a Google doc with related collections, so this button is not needed)

  • Fixed Content Publisher menus and labels to 'Pantheon Documents' for consistency.
