Issue #3611493: Refresh the codebase metrics documentation snapshot

Regenerates docs/metrics.md from the current 1.x with the documented command (cloc ... | php scripts/generate-metrics.php), so the snapshot reflects the codebase again (it was last measured 2026-07-05). Doc-only, generated output; no hand edits.
