Fix Site Manager Receive data, update bundle field metadata.
Fix timestamp display on site manager when requesting data.
Provide a link to edit Site API key if access denied.
Fix field, state, reasons sending & overriding.
Fix perpetual warning.
Remove SiteRemote service.
