Add Symfony 8 return type to OpenySocratesCompilerPass::process()

CompilerPassInterface::process() requires a : void return type under Symfony 8 (used by Drupal core 12). Missing return type is a fatal error at DI container compile time, blocking site boot entirely on D12.

Trivial 1-line fix: add : void to the method signature.
