Update Drupal core to 11.2 and Gin theme to 5.x

  • Update Drupal core constraints from >=11.0.0 <11.2.0 to >=11.2.0 <11.3.0
  • Update Gin theme from ^4.0 to ^5.0 and Gin Toolbar from ^2.0 to ^3.0
  • Remove unused modules: readonly_field_widget and require_login
  • Successfully tested: Drupal 11.2.3, Gin 5.0.3, Gin Toolbar 3.0.2
