#3452530 Allow mapping user name and email from IdP

Marco Villegas requested to merge issue/openid_connect-3452530:3452530-name-email-sync into 7.x-1.x

In some cases the IdP is may be the source of truth for these two data points; then, having them into the set of data properties to synchronize is useful.

Hence, do not skip them on the related function defining the properties to skip.
