Draft: Initial commit, using breakpoints from the OpenCulturas Base theme (not tested yet)

This is an initial copy of the configuration on our site, slightly adapted. I have not made any tests yet, so there might be dependency errors or other issues on installation.

It is mainly meant as a demo so you get the idea. I didn't put any effort in post update scripts and the likes.
