Issue #3586820: Make the created material accessible to users outside the initiative

Problem

The material created by the initiative is not easily accessible to users. The documents are at the moment in a google drive. This make it hard to access and is not searchable.

Changes

  • Add and convert files from the initiative google drive as markdown files
  • Created AGENTS instruction to help automate the page creation
  • Create a basic welcome page with instructions for drupal in a day
