Issue #3630201: Translation server pattern points to modules/contrib/onlyoffice-drupal, so drupal/onlyoffice installs get no translations

Locale now finds the translations shipped in translations/ wherever the module is installed. onlyoffice_locale_translation_projects_alter() sets the project's interface translation server pattern from the module's actual path (extension.list.module), and the hard-coded modules/contrib/onlyoffice-drupal/... pattern is removed from onlyoffice.info.yml. The interface translation project key stays.

Tested with a kernel test (not part of the MR) that builds Locale's project list with LocaleProjectRepository::buildProjects() for the module installed in modules/contrib/onlyoffice. On 3.0.x the pattern is modules/contrib/onlyoffice-drupal/translations/onlyoffice.%language.po, and no file exists there. With the MR it is modules/contrib/onlyoffice/translations/onlyoffice.%language.po, and onlyoffice.de.po exists at that path. php -l passes.
