Sub menus open to side drawer on click #3427659

Changed the sub menu opening animation to a quick stretch and fade instead of sliding out, as the z-index cannot be achieved without re-architecting the markup hierarchy, which would have accessibility implications.

TODO items

  • Dismiss tooltip when sub menu is clicked
  • New styling
