Issue #3617536: Add functional coverage per resource group

Cover one resource of each group end to end - node, taxonomy term, form submission - plus the pagination every list resource inherits and the aggregate rating queries of the reviews aggregator. Fixtures are built from the module's own bundle and field mappings rather than the default names.

The term suite found a 500: the normalizer passed the unset myother.settings:domain_app into a string parameter, so every GET resource publishing metatags failed on a site without that config.
