Issue #3615472: Validate and bound pagination parameters in list resources

readPaginationValue() in MyrestResourceList accepts only a whole number within bounds: limit between 1 and the configured max_page_size (default 100), page from 0 up. Anything else is refused with 400 rather than clamped. Each of the nine list resources asks paginationError() before building a listing.

Also fixes the dynamic properties underneath: the class declares $sortField, $sortOrder and $totalItems, but every use in the module wrote and read $this->sort_field, $this->sort_order and $this->total_items, so the declared typed properties were dead and the code ran on undeclared ones.
