Full localization and translation of comments and UI strings to English: Translated all Cyrillic comments and documentation in MyrestHelper.php and all 40+ REST resources. Localized UI strings, endpoint descriptions, and examples in OpenAPI generators. Corrected system messages and log settings forms. Wrapped all UI strings in t() for multi-language support. Cleaned the codebase from automated translation artifacts.
