Resolve Issue #3415238: Deprecate trait `YamlParametersTrait`.
Does what it says on the tin. Merging to 1.1.x-dev.
Resolved with minimal impact.
Replaced $spec = serviceNsRequestParameters() with $spec = [] in Service/LastFM->request().
