Issue #3551489 by danflanagan8, iarla: Update module library dependencies for Drupal > 10.4

This MR resolves an issue where the Micronode Block modal fails to open on Drupal core 10.4 and later. The issue is resolve by explicitly declaring a dependency within the module on the entity_browser/common and entity_browser/modal libraries.
