Issue #3215110: Expand test coverage

Chris Burgess requested to merge issue/menu_breadcrumb-3215110:3215110-more_tests into 2.0.x

This contains a test which covers Taxonomy Attach behaviour (where a node is not in the menu breadcrumb, but has a relationship to a parent term which is), and some other misc behaviour.

Will merge if these pass so it's easier for other contributions to use those tests and the base class as start points.
