This link only appears for the anonymous user and points to the special
user registration url set by the admin. Without this link, the module is
pretty useless.

Ironically, the last update was the one that finally made it through the Drupal
Project Application review process, an ordeal that lasted 2 years. Honest, I
did NOT leave this link out on purpose.

But it does illustrate a paradox of peer review, don't it?
