This MR resolves #3362497 by enabling support for custom media types using oEmbed sources.

Passed all tests ✅

What's Changed?

Replaced hardcoded field_media_oembed_video check with dynamic source field detection.
Uses the media source plugin (OEmbedInterface) to identify the correct oEmbed field.
Maintains backward compatibility with existing "Remote video" media types.

Tested on Drupal 10 and 11
