Add new Media Gallery block for displaying a single gallery

  • Add a new GalleryBlock plugin that allows users to select a specific media gallery to display in a block.
    • The new block has the same layout options as the "Latest Gallery Items" block.
    • Add a new schema for the media_gallery_gallery block.
    • Update the CSS to apply the correct styles to the new block.
    • Add a functional test to verify that the block is working correctly.
