Update ECA dependency to version 3.0

  • Bump drupal/eca requirement from ^2.1 to ^3.0 in composer.json
  • Fix Token attribute import path (Attributes -> Attribute namespace change)

This update ensures compatibility with ECA 3.0 and addresses the namespace changes introduced in the new major version.
