3542097: Added support for multiple Mastodon instances

3542097: Updated the code Mastodon API module to have a MastodonApiInstance entity so that multiple instance can be added and used to push status updates to. Altered the rest of the module to accommodate that change and accept the entity as a parameter when making call to mastodon sites.
