Campaign template errors

This branch came from issue 3044213, which demonstrated a lot of confusion users have about campaign usage in Drupal.

The goal of this update is to clarify what kind of templates can be used (custom HTML templates with one or more editable content areas, and no repeating sections) and provide some feedback if the wrong type if chosen and how to correct.
