Issue #3576628: Remove Quick Edit from hook_entity_view_alter() instead of hook_node_view_alter()

Since Drupal 11.1 hook_module_implements_alter() is applied per hook when the container is built. Removing quickedit from node_view_alter only happens at runtime, when EntityViewBuilder combines node_view_alter and entity_view_alter, and leaves the combined listener list inconsistent, which fails an assertion in ModuleHandler::getCombinedListeners().

Quick Edit implements hook_entity_view_alter(), so remove it there. lightning_workflow_entity_view_alter() keeps calling quickedit_entity_view_alter() itself, so behaviour is unchanged when the contrib Quick Edit module is installed.
