Issue - 3456175: Cannot apply patch 2869592 with 10.3.x

Patch inside the composer.json changed to https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2024-06-14/2869592-disabled-update-module-63.patch in place of https://www.drupal.org/files/issues/2869592-remove-update-warning-7.patch

Because it is not getting applied to latest Drupal 10.3.x branch and creating issue while updating to Drupal 10.3.0
