Fix the LB alter, remove the message on drop and change the block type icon

Francesco Pesenti requested to merge ajax_and_style_fixes into 1.0.x

This MR:

  • Fixes the Layout Builder alter to rely on the main route instead of the Ajax routes.
  • Removes the error message, if any, when a block is dropped.
  • Changes the icon format to be only SVG (for style purpose)
