updated component yml schema updated, section and layout updates, refactor of the text media component which was using a section/layout sdc. This should allow the ability to use sections and layouts more flexibly and also satisfy the component yml changes requested in the #3413121: SDC components: Fix JSON schema usage ticket/issue.
