william roboly requested to merge 2.1.x into 2.0.x

I've taken the old 2.0.x dev branch and moved it to 2.1.x because there were some fundamental changes done to keycloak.php and the class which broke 2.0.0-beta1's development trajectory.

I will also push a new 2.0.x branch which will be what exists in the beta1 tag which should be ready for release.
