[#3460929] Leverage the elasticsearch api library to add logs straight to an elastic cluster.

Add support to log directly to an elasticsearch host or cluster instead of to a log file.

Still (probably) needs a setting to explicitly enable this and a UI for adding elasticsearch settings.
