CoreForkDriftTest fingerprints core's EntityResource::createIndividual() and EntityAccessChecker::getAccessCheckedResourceObject() (whitespace-normalized sha256 via reflection) against recorded constants, so a core change to either copied body fails the suite with a message naming both sides and the new fingerprint to record after re-syncing. Both UPSTREAM(core) markers reference the guard. Fingerprints core's methods, not the module's copies: the wanted signal is that core moved. Delete together with the forks at the #3199697 handoff.
