Back to DEV after the Horizon Aid 1.0.2 release.

Exactly inverts the version-bump commit d60d5a0e (MR !88 (merged)):

  • composer.json version: 1.0.2 -> 1.0.x-dev
  • the fourteen cross-dependency pins (thirteen drupal/varbase_*_base recipes plus drupal/vartheme_bs5_horizonaid): ~1.0.0 -> 1.0.x-dev
  • README.md version badge: 1.0.2 -> 1.0.x--dev

CHANGELOG.md is deliberately untouched: it documents the released 1.0.2 entry.

Policy note: the tag ships zero x-dev constraints, while the branch goes back to tracking its siblings' dev branches, so a change landing in a sibling recipe is picked up without waiting for that sibling to release.
