Back to DEV after Horizon Aid 1.0.1.

Restores the branch to its development state, following this project's convention:

  • composer.json: version back to 1.0.x-dev, and all fourteen first-party cross-dependencies (the thirteen varbase_*_base recipes plus vartheme_bs5_horizonaid) back to 1.0.x-dev.
  • README.md: badge back to 1.0.x-dev.

The released 1.0.1 tag keeps its stable ~1.0.0 constraints, so nothing here affects what a site installs from the release.

Why this replaces !77 (closed)

!77 (closed) was the Back to DEV for 1.0.0, opened on 6 September and never merged — which is why this branch was still sitting in release state when 1.0.1 was cut. It was written against the pre-#3621336 tree, still referenced varbase_ai_base, varbase_auth_base and varbase_i18n_base (all since removed), and would have reverted the version to 1.0.0 rather than 1.0.x-dev.

This MR is built on current 1.0.x instead, so it reverts to the correct dev state for the packages that actually exist today.
