What this changes

All twelve countries are content. The seven that only existed as hand-placed cards are now nodes, each with its own image taken from the Horizon Aid design, a summary, our role, on the ground text, three key figures and the partner logos: Bangladesh, Colombia, Myanmar, Somalia, South Sudan, Syria and Yemen. With the five already shipped, /countries/[node:title] covers the full set.

The listings follow the content. The static cards are gone and each listing is the countries view rendered through the overlay_card_medium view mode:

• Countries page: the all display, twelve rows sorted alphabetically with a full pager. 38 hand-placed components removed.
• Home page, "Where We Work": the latest display, four rows in the existing slider. 15 hand-placed components removed.
• Country page, "See Other Countries": the related display, four rows, excluding the country being viewed.

Adding, renaming or unpublishing a country now changes every listing without touching a page.

How this was verified

• drush site:install recipes/horizonaid from a dropped database: exit code 0, no error lines.
• Twelve country nodes are created, each with its own alias and image.
• /countries renders twelve rows, the Home page renders four, and /countries/kenya renders four related countries with Kenya itself excluded — counted from the rendered /countries/<name> links, not from the source.
• /, /countries and the country pages return 200 with no Twig LoaderError and no ComponentNotFoundException.
• gitlab-ci-local runs the project pipeline green (build:composer-validate, validate:yaml-lint).

User interface changes

• Twelve countries are published at /countries/[node:title].
• The Countries page, the Home "Where We Work" section and the country page's "See Other Countries" section are driven by the view.
