Issue: #3613654 Drop the dummy detail pages and the placeholder copy from the shipped pages

What this changes

  • Removes the two hand-built detail pages that stood in for entities: Event Page (/event-page) and Program Page (/program-page). Both now return 404. Events and programmes are handled as content in their own issues.
  • Replaces the lorem ipsum body copy on the Home and Countries pages with real Horizon Aid text (14 paragraphs).
  • Leaves the placeholder examples that belong to the Canvas component definitions alone: those are what an editor sees when a component is dropped onto a page, not shipped page content.

No menu link pointed at either removed page, so navigation is unchanged.

How this was verified

  • drush site:install recipes/horizonaid from a dropped database: exit code 0, no error lines.
  • /event-page and /program-page return 404; /country-page stays 404 from the previous change.
  • /, /about, /resources, /programs, /events, /countries, /donate and /countries/kenya all return 200 with no Twig LoaderError and no ComponentNotFoundException.
  • All 25 menu links are still present and resolve.
  • No lorem ipsum remains in the shipped pages.
