The Share rail's Instagram button rendered the generic fallback glyph on a fresh install instead of the Instagram icon. The Vartheme BS5 Horizon Aid theme ships an instagram entry in its config/optional/webshare.settings.yml icon_map (issue #3614514, MR !18 (merged)), but the required Varbase Blog Base recipe rewrites webshare.settings icon_map wholesale with its own 13 entries, which do not include Instagram, so the theme's entry is lost. This recipe now sets icon_map.instagram itself, after Varbase Blog Base has run.

Verified on a fresh build with a browser install through the site template picker: icon_map ends with 14 entries including instagram, and the rail renders the brand Instagram icon.
