fix: #3607228 Add the breadcrumb to every top-level page and drop the countries result summary

Two gaps found doing a full sitewide check against the Figma design ("Country" detail frame and the countries listing block).

No breadcrumb on any top-level page. The design's hero includes a BreadcrumbsDesktop (just "Home" for a top-level page — showSecondParent/showThirdParent both false in this instance). block.system_breadcrumb_block was already wired on the three detail templates (blog.full, event.full, program.full), just never added to the 8 top-level pages themselves (Home, About, Resources, Programs, Events, Countries, Impact, Donate). Added it as the first component on each, same block/version those detail templates already use.

"Shown countries: 1–12 of 12" text. Not in the design — same "result" summary handler already dropped from the programs listing earlier today. Removed it from the countries view's header the same way.

Both verified: parses clean per-file (two different existing YAML list styles across these files — some compact - uuid: x, some expanded -\n uuid: x — matched each file's own style rather than normalizing, to keep the diff minimal), gated locally.
