Brings the resource pages to the design, and fixes what !26 (merged) left behind.

Photographs

• The article no longer repeats the hero: each resource now carries a second, different photograph in the body.
• Every resource has its own hero. Four were shared between two resources each.
• Only real photographs are used — no icons, partner logos, country cards or page banners.
• The updates slider no longer lists the resource you are reading, so its photograph cannot appear twice on the page.

There are 21 photographs in the library for 26 resources, so a photograph may appear on another resource's page. No page ever shows the same image twice.

Layout

• The share rail sits beside the article, as in the design, rather than above it.
• The updates band closes the page, after the article, with clear space before it.
• One article was missed by !26 (merged) and now matches the other twenty-five.

The article's own vertical rhythm — the break before each section heading, and the room around an embedded photograph and a pull quote — needs a matching change in the theme, which cannot be done from the recipe. That is a separate merge request on Vartheme BS5 Horizon Aid; this one is complete without it, only a little tighter between sections.
