fix: #3614665 Make a fresh install of the site template complete

Fixes the two reasons a fresh install does not complete.

1. The footer passed alignment to Card Logo. That prop is missing from the component version a fresh install registers, so the recipe aborts early. Dropped it — left is the default anyway.
2. canvas.content_template.node.event.full pinned component version hashes through simpleConfigUpdate. Those versions do not exist yet at recipe-apply time. Now applied with setComponentTreeIfComponentsExist, the action varbase_events_base already uses for the same config.

Verified on a clean build: install completes, 70 nodes, 25 terms, 74 media, event template applied with all 22 components.

The issue's original proposal, shipping the tree as a config file, does not work: varbase_events_base creates that config first, so a recipe file for it is skipped.
