Allow bundle-specific overrides of the Menu/Taxonomy overview forms:

  • New bundle setting for Menu and Taxonomy hierarchy setup plugins
  • New Enabled bundles field in setup plugin configuration form
  • Update hook to retain current behaviour for existing installations.
