Issue #3333090: Use group label instead of group_subscription_groups.groupname on Group Subscriptions page

Issue #3333090: This attempts to resolve an issue where a group name on the user's subscription page would not update when the group name updated. There is likely a more complete resolution of this (whereby the module gets rid of groupname in its schema), but this should resolve the issue with much ado.
